In preparation for a large scale change initiative, one large Australian business realised that traditional approaches to change management would not fully prepare leaders or employees to work in an entirely new way.

We worked with executives and senior mangers to design an integrated approach to change readiness that was informed by the most recent neuroscience.  Focusing on building individual brain fitness including self-awareness, resilience and flexible thinking enabled team members to more comfortably and effectively meet challenges associated with the change.
