Ada is a registered Psychologist and experienced Human Resources professional with a strong consultative approach. With over 15 years experience in the corporate sector, she has extensive skills in facilitation, coaching, change management, leadership development and performance management with a strong track record of excellent customer partnering.
A large portion of Ada’s career has been with a prominent financial services company where she partnered with a diverse group of businesses and their leaders to operationalise key strategic people agenda priorities. More recently she designed an experiential leadership development program to enhance/improve cohesion and collaboration amongst leadership team members and helped develop a talent management framework to optimise the retention and utilisation of high potential employees.
In the last couple of years, Ada has consulted with a number of companies across diverse industries to provide expertise in the areas of change management, performance management, development of core HR frameworks and job design.
Outside of the corporate sector, Ada is a licensed facilitator for the 1-2-3 Magic & Emotion Coaching Program – a behavioural discipline program for children aged 2-12 years. Ada enjoys facilitating this program to parents in her local community as it supports her passion for making a difference in other people’s lives as well as her love of facilitating.
Ada has a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Macquarie University and is a full member of the Australian Psychological Society.
