Anne has extensive experience in the commercial sector, having spent 18 years delivering strategy, process, technology and change initiatives across sales, service, and support functions; primarily in large banks and financial institutions in Sydney and London.

Her most recent assignment in this environment involved leading a complex program of process improvement initiatives at a big 4 bank, which included coaching staff to achieve Lean Six Sigma accreditation.

Anne has well-developed capabilities in strategy formulation, project delivery, stakeholder management; training facilitation; and coaching, with a focus on delivering outcomes

Anne is currently applying these capabilities in her current engagement within the Cultural division of the NSW state government

A strong communicator, Anne works effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders, from managing directors and their leadership teams in multinational companies, to not-for-profit employees and volunteers.

Anne’s approach is empathic and professional; building relationships with individuals, teams and organisations to reflect and mobilise in a manner that enhances self-awareness and optimises desired outcomes.

Outside of the corporate sector, Anne is a qualified yoga teacher running classes in the inner west of Sydney.

Anne has a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling from Jansen Newman Institute; an MBA from MGSM; and a Bachelor of Business from University Technology Sydney.
