Gauri has led people and culture in global corporations in engineering, for purpose and FMCG sectors for close to 30 years. Gauri is a passionate advocate for creating inclusive cultures and is deeply invested in creating the conditions for individuals and teams to do their best work and to thrive.

Gauri has developed expertise in domains of leadership development, people, culture and coaching psychology through study and lived experience in multicultural, diverse environments. Gauri did her Master of Science in Coaching Psychology from Sydney University, Master in Human Resources from XLRI and is an accredited user of a broad repertoire of tools that promote emotional agility, adaptive leadership, constructive cultures, well being, performance and effectiveness. She is a member of ICF and is a Certified Practitioner of Human Resources with the Australian Human Resources Institute.
