Jules learnt how to ’survive’ in demanding deadline-driven creative environments, but believes we can all learn how to thrive. As a facilitator, educator, content designer and coach, Jules combines skills in positive organisational scholarship and behavioural science, committed to supporting people to live their best lives within psychologically safe organisations.
An advocate for the democratisation of creativity, Jules has worked for three decades as an art director and designer, in Sydney and London, and has lectured countless students in Creative Process and Design Thinking techniques over 15+ years in higher education.
With a deep love of learning, Jules is committed to ongoing scholarship and attends industry events and conferences regularly. She is currently undertaking a Masters of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) at Melbourne University.
Jules takes a systemic approach to change, employing evidence-based tools and interventions which become rituals within organisations, leading to sustainable change and enhanced individual and team performance.
