As a highly experienced Talent Manager, facilitator and executive coach, Margot enjoys empowering organisations and individuals to move forward with confidence.

For the last 10 years, Margot has specialised in working with high performance and emerging talent, leaders and managers, as a coach, facilitator and program developer, in the Not for Profit and Health sectors.

Prior to that, she empowered leaders in Health, Education, Insurance and the Outdoor Industry, as a manager, facilitator, coach and advisor. Her original training as an Occupational Therapist has put her in good stead to break down tasks into manageable steps, instil confidence and encourage people to be their ‘best self’.

Margot has a particular interest in coaching new managers and executives, enabling them to quickly reach their potential to confidently lead their teams.  With the changes to the disability sector with the introduction of the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme), Margot’s experience provides her with a rich insight into the challenges faced by leaders and organisations at times of significant change and uncertainty.

Margot has a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Occupational Therapy, Advanced Diploma of Management, Advanced Diploma of Government and Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.

Margot has also completed a Brain-Based Coaching Certificate with the NeuroLeadership Institute and has previously completed Levels 1 & 2 Executive Coaching with the Institute of Executive Coaching, Sydney.

Margot has gained accreditation in a number of profiling tools:  Emotional & Social Competency Inventory (ESCI), Team Management Systems (TMS®) Team Roles Profile and The Callings Program®.
